At Green Drain™, we stand behind the quality and performance of our waterless trap seal technology. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
You may return any unused and unopened Green Drain product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return:
The product must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging
Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt)
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order
Installed or used Green Drains cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

Product(s) you wish to return
Reason for return (optional)
Our team will provide a Return Authorization and instructions.
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
If you ordered the wrong size, we’re happy to help. Exchanges for unused items are accepted within the 30-day window. Additional shipping charges may apply.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will replace the item at no cost.
