How it works.
The GD 3.5-4" EG features an extended gasket that accommodates pipe diameters from 90 to 100mm, bridging the gap between standard 3.5" and 4" drain openings common in Australian plumbing systems.
Four flexible silicone sealing ribs form a one-way valve. Water passes through under gravity. When flow stops, the ribs close to create a continuous mechanical seal that blocks sewer gas, odors, and pests.
The valve opens under the weight of just 32 grams, approximately 4 oz of water. High-volume wash-down flows up to 323.17 L/min move through without restriction.
