Green DrainTM – 3-Year Limited Manufacturer Warranty
Limited Warranty Coverage
Green Drain, Inc. (“Manufacturer”) warrants that, for a period of three (3) years from the date of original
purchase or acceptance (the “Warranty Period”), the Green DrainTM product (“Product”) shall:

(a) conform to the applicable specifications and quality standards in effect at the time of manufacture; and
(b) be free from defects in materials, workmanship, and assembly under normal use and service
conditions.

To the extent practicable, Manufacturer shall pass through to its authorized distributors any third-party
warranties applicable to components or materials used in the Product.

Exclusions and Limitations
This Limited Warranty applies only to Products used under normal operating conditions and in
accordance with provided instructions and specifications. It does not cover:

• misuse, neglect, or improper installation;
• unauthorized modifications or repairs;
• damage caused by external factors such as vandalism, accidents, abuse, or natural disasters;
• failures resulting from use outside of intended applications.

This Limited Warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by Manufacturer. No other express or
implied warranties, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular
purpose, shall apply. All such warranties are expressly disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Green Drain, Inc. be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential
damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of use, or any other economic loss arising out of
the use of or inability to use the Product, even if Manufacturer has been advised of the possibility of such
damages.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
All disputes arising out of or related to this Limited Warranty shall be governed by the laws of the State
of North Carolina, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Modifications
Green Drain, Inc. reserves the right to modify this Limited Warranty at any time without prior notice. Any
such modifications shall not apply retroactively.
